Whole red Sweet Paprika Chili is a cooking ingredient presented as whole pods. Use the commercial material name alongside your required pod preparation and a representative recipe, so that physical acceptance and flavour acceptance are assessed together.
Begin with the cooking application
Light spicy is the sensory description to assess in your dish. It does not replace an analytical heat specification or establish that the material has no heat.
Keep the full technical references
The dimensional reference is 12–18 cm, while heat is 300–1,000 SHU and moisture is 8%–20%. Agree each criterion independently, including the pod axis, tested material fraction, measurement method and relevant sample or lot.
A result accepted for one sample should remain linked to that sample. Confirm the actual supplied pod and seed composition before deciding how the material fits your recipe or processing step.
- Describe the dish and the preparation performed before cooking.
- Choose the required with-stem or without-stem preparation.
- Define the dimension axis and acceptable pod measurement.
- Request separate heat and moisture results with their methods.
- Identify the actual sample and supply lot being assessed.
Select the vacuum package
Vacuum pack is a packaging reference requiring selection of the actual material and closure. Confirm the package construction and how it will be handled through receipt, storage and opening.
Qualify the storage period
The 24-month reference requires cool, dry conditions for the selected package and actual product. Agree temperature, humidity and handling after opening, and obtain the composition, process and lot basis for the period.
Finish the brief with any cleaning, size reduction or treatment needed before use. An agreed preparation and documented sample provide a clearer basis for purchasing than the material name alone.
