Who you will work with

A Manufacturing Partner for Your Ingredient and Pack

Qingdao Relia Spices Co., Ltd. is the company behind RELIA SPICES. Our production starts with purchased dried chilies. Cleaning, foreign-matter removal, destemming, grinding or cutting, sieving and packing connect that input to the preparation you order.

For retail products, we can help arrange packaging printed with your brand or work with packaging you supply. The proposed container is assessed alongside the ingredient and order, so the packaging discussion stays connected to the product inside.

Choose the Form That Fits Your Food

A smooth powder, a visible flake and a whole pod solve different preparation jobs. Begin with the result your food needs, then compare a specific ingredient. The catalogue examples give us a useful starting point for discussing the selected grade and sample.

A Clear Route from Dried Pepper to Your Specification

We prepare purchased dried chilies in-house. The agreed ingredient determines the route: grinding for powder, cutting or crushing for a visible preparation, or retaining whole pods. Cleaning and foreign-matter removal support each route; the stem condition, particles and receiving pack are aligned with your requirement.

Compare ingredient forms
Physical preparation follows the selected form
Purchased dried peppers → Cleaning, foreign-matter removal & agreed stem condition
Powder

Grind the selected pepper; sieve to the agreed particle requirement.

Flakes & cuts

Cut or crush for the requested texture and seed content.

Whole pods

Retain the whole-pepper form and agree the stem preparation.

Checks and treatment

Put the Right Checks Behind the Selected Material

Tell us the colour, heat, particle and moisture requirements used by your receiving team. Routine moisture and particle checks are carried out internally. ASTA, SHU and microbiological analyses are commissioned through laboratories. We discuss the required specification, testing and supporting information for the ingredient you are evaluating.

Our factory has steam microbial-reduction equipment for order-specific treatment. Include that requirement with the material brief so the processing and acceptance discussion covers the same ingredient.

The Ingredient and Your Brand, Packed Together

Bring us the paprika powder, chili powder, flakes or whole peppers you want to sell, together with your proposed retail package. We assess the format for that ingredient and quantity. Packaging can be customer supplied, or we can assist with producing packaging carrying your brand.

Net content, printing method, artwork and the order quantity are discussed together. MOQ and timing are quoted for that combination, rather than presented as one fixed promise for every pack.

Built around your purchasing job

Plan the Supply Around the Way You Buy

Your food process, sales channel and receiving operation change the useful starting point. A manufacturer may need a powder for a recipe; a spice brand may need a finished retail pack. We keep those conversations distinct while connecting both to the same ingredient, specification and order brief.

Samples to an order

Turn a Comparison into a Clear Material Decision

A sample request is most useful when it names the ingredient and the decision you need to make. Describe the food, the current benchmark and the attribute you want to compare. Bring observations such as colour after cooking, heat, mouthfeel or visible particles back into the discussion.

For an offer, keep the selected material, packaging, requested quantity and destination together. For a repeat enquiry, include the previous product or order reference and explain any changed requirement.
