Sweet Paprika Powder Packed for Your Brand
Choose a sweet paprika grade for the colour, flavour and texture you want in food, then approve it in your own-brand retail pack. We manufacture paprika powder in China and can assist with branded packaging or assess packs you supply.

Packaging and project details
Compare the nominal 70-mesh candidate with the separate sweet paprika powder, then send your food reference, grind requirement, package proposal and quantity for a focused offer.
Choose the grade before designing the label
- Food reference
Show the colour, paprika flavour and texture you want to reproduce.
- Selected powder
Compare one identified candidate and its actual grade specification.
- Branded pack
Evaluate that powder in the package your customer will use.
Connect Paprika Preparation to Retail Packing
Our powder preparation and customer-brand filling belong in the same product brief.
RELIA SPICES prepares purchased dried chilies in-house, including cleaning, foreign-matter removal and destemming, followed by grinding, sieving and packaging. For an own-brand paprika project, we can supply the powder and fill retail packaging carrying your logo.
Bring the grade and pack together
Send the food reference and packaging proposal together. We can assist with making printed branded packaging or assess packs you supply. This lets the selected paprika grade, filling task and branding route develop as one product.
Keep the ingredient and pack connected
- Define the food result
Identify colour, flavour and the acceptable particle appearance.
- Prepare the powder
Select the paprika grade and agree the physical requirement.
- Assess the pack
Check the proposed fill, closure, dispensing and branding route.
Compare Two Sweet Paprika Starting Points
The two written colour ranges describe separate candidates, not one combined offer.
The nominal 70-mesh sweet paprika lists separate 60–70-mesh customization, an 80–220 ASTA customizable colour range and moisture ≤8%. It is a useful starting point when you want colour selection and grind defined in the same material brief.
Compare the separate sweet-paprika candidate
The separate dried red sweet paprika has its own 80–280 ASTA range and sweet taste descriptor. Compare an identified sample and its supplied fraction independently. Keep each candidate's specification separate: the first powder's grind and moisture limit do not transfer to the second.

Compare candidates without combining their specifications
Sweet paprika with colour and grind choices
Start with this candidate when a selected ASTA grade and a defined powder grind both matter to the retail food trial.
- Grind references
- Nominal 70 mesh; separate 60–70 mesh customization
- Colour customization
- 80–220 ASTA
- Moisture limit
- ≤8%
Separate sweet paprika colour-range candidate
Compare this powder as a separate sweet paprika sample while defining its supplied fraction and package conditions independently.
- Colour range
- 80–280 ASTA
- Taste descriptor
- Sweet
- Ingredient shelf-life reference
- One year; actual storage environment and package conditions to agree
Review the selection criteria
- Nominal 70-mesh paprika
- 80–220 ASTA customizable Separate 60–70-mesh customization and moisture ≤8% belong to this candidate.
- Separate sweet paprika
- 80–280 ASTA range Sweet taste is described; select the actual supplied fraction independently.
- Food comparison
- Use the same food and weighed starting addition for both proposed samples.
Use Analysis and Food Colour Together
A numerical colour result and an attractive powder photograph answer different questions.
ASTA describes extractable colour; it is different from the colour you see on the powder surface or in prepared food. Use the selected-grade analysis to describe the ingredient, and a food trial to decide whether that grade creates the appearance your customer wants.
Keep the food comparison consistent
Start with equal weighed additions, consistent preparation and the same viewing conditions. Compare flavour, unwanted heat and visible specks alongside redness. Adjust the dose only after the first comparison; a higher catalogue endpoint alone does not demonstrate a lower use rate.
Three observations support the colour choice
- Analytical colour
The applicable ASTA method and result describe the identified ingredient.
- Powder appearance
Consistent lighting supports a useful visual sample comparison.
- Prepared food
The recipe shows colour together with flavour, heat and particles.
Choose a Grind That Works in Food and Pack
The useful grind is the one that works in the food and the retail dispenser.
After cleaning and destemming the dried input, we grind and sieve paprika around the agreed physical requirement. Grinding creates a population of particles; sieving separates fractions against a defined criterion.
Define the required sieve fraction
State the sieve system and the passing or retained fraction that matters to your product. Test visible specks, texture and dispensing with the selected sample. Nominal 70 mesh is a useful starting reference, while the separate 60–70-mesh customization requires a final selected grade.

Turn a grind name into a useful acceptance criterion
- Prepare dried input
Clean, remove foreign matter and destem before grinding.
- Grind
Reduce the material to a powder particle population.
- Sieve
Select against the agreed sieve system and fraction criterion.
- Check the use
Compare the sample's food texture and retail dispensing.
Attach Evidence to the Selected Paprika
Keep internal physical checks distinct from outsourced colour and microbiology analyses.
We perform routine moisture and particle checks internally. ASTA, SHU and microbiology are outsourced to laboratories. Specify the material, method, reporting scope and acceptance criteria your product needs so the physical checks and laboratory results answer the right questions.
Include any ordered steam treatment
Our in-house steam microbial-reduction equipment is used according to order requirements. When selected, include that preparation in the food and packaging comparison. Equipment availability alone does not establish a microbial reduction result or ready-to-eat status.
Separate the checks without separating the product
- Physical condition
Internal routine moisture and particle checks for the chosen material.
- Colour and heat
External ASTA and SHU analyses where required by the specification.
- Microbiology and steam
Relevant external results and any steam treatment selected for the order.
- Food acceptance
Use the same identified paprika preparation in the food trial.
Select Protection for the Destination
Choose the retail package for the product and expected exposure, not appearance alone.
Describe the package material, closure, dispensing opening and expected destination conditions. Moisture and light exposure matter when assessing spice storage, so balance retail visibility with protection for the selected powder.
Choose packaging supply and responsibilities
We assess customer-specified packaging rather than promising a fixed container range. Choose assisted production of printed branded packaging or customer-supplied packs, then agree the material and filling requirements before committing to the artwork route.
Choose the packaging route around the powder
- Assisted branded packaging
Bring the print brief and proposed package specification.
- Customer-supplied packs
Bring the material, dimensions, closure and supply arrangement.
- Common protection decision
Assess moisture, light, handling and dispensing for the intended market.
Compare the Powder in Its Retail Pack
Keep net content, visual fill and dispensing as separate observations.
Use the approved paprika sample to assess the proposed fill by weight, its appearance after settling, closure performance and dispensing after expected handling. Equal mass does not guarantee equal fill height when particle distribution and settling differ.
Recheck the pack after grade changes
Keep the same ingredient in the food and packaging trials. If a later grade change alters texture or fill presentation, revisit the affected check before approving the finished pack.

Keep mass, appearance and use distinct
- Fill by weight
Assess the intended net content separately from visual fill height.
- Observe settling
Review the presentation after the expected handling.
- Check closure
Examine the proposed seal or closure for the actual powder.
- Try dispensing
Use the opening as the customer will use it in food preparation.
Set the Storage Basis for the Finished Pack
An ingredient duration does not automatically become the date on a new retail pack.
The nominal 70-mesh ingredient lists 24 months with temperature ≤25°C and humidity ≤60%. For the separate sweet paprika, the stated ingredient duration is one year, with the actual storage environment still to agree.
Apply each ingredient's storage conditions
Use each statement with its own ingredient and receiving-package conditions. Establish the new retail product's date and instructions from the selected package, preparation and handling arrangement, including the customer's use after opening.
| Your input | Factory assessment focus | Decision to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Paprika choice Required cooked-food shade and one selected grade within the listing scope. | Paprika candidate to compare; keep the proposed ASTA grade separate from heat. | Selected ingredient and the comparison or test basis. |
| Retail unit Requested net content, dispensing style and packaging supply route. | Assessment of the powder and proposed pack; agree the actual retail presentation. | Packaging format, component responsibilities and approval references. |
| Approval basis Recipe reference, authorized artwork and quantity. | Link the chosen ingredient and artwork version to the project-specific offer. | Agreed product, packaging and order scope for quotation. |
This is a planning handover for your enquiry. Packaging, MOQ, net content and timing are assessed and quoted for the product, format, printing method and quantity.
Release the Paprika Grade and Pack Together
Compare a complete paprika proposal before finalizing artwork and order quantities.
Send an accepted sample or food reference, desired colour and grind, package proposal and expected quantity. Compare the actual samples first, then refine the chosen grade and assess its branded retail presentation.
Define the full quotation scope
MOQ, net content and lead time are quoted per product, packaging specification, printing method and quantity. Include any selected treatment and analytical work so the offer covers the paprika and pack you intend to launch.
Move from colour comparison to a complete offer
Review the next-step choices
- Screen the samples
- Compare equal starting additions in the same food.
- Choose the grade
- Settle colour, flavour, particles and any allowed dose change.
- Approve the pack
- Assess the selected powder in its proposed branded package.
