Bring coarse dried red chili flakes with seeds into the cooking enquiry as a defined preparation. Agree the actual flake fraction, seed content and complete ingredients before selecting analytical requirements or a handling period.
Set the flake preparation the recipe needs
Describe the cooking process and the accepted seed preparation for the order. Establish any required flake dimensions through an actual measurement criterion rather than assuming a cut size or seed ratio.
Assess the Sweet Spicy description with a representative flake sample in the intended recipe. The accepted sample should match the material fraction and lot covered by the purchase specification.
Check applicability to the selected flakes
Keep 1000–2000 SHU and 8%–12% moisture as separate references to qualify against the actual flakes. Each needs its own analytical method, sampled material fraction, lot result and confirmation that it applies to this preparation.
- Identify the chili composition and accepted seed content.
- Define the actual flakes and material fraction being purchased.
- Agree the method and applicability of the full heat range.
- Evaluate moisture independently for the selected flake material.
- Clarify Raw and AD descriptions against the executed flake preparation.
- Select the actual vacuum package material and closure.
- Obtain the intended-use documents for that material and lot.
Qualify the storage period with the package
A 24-month requirement needs confirmation for the actual flake composition and process. Agree cool, dry storage temperature and humidity together with the selected package and opening instructions.
The Vacuum Pack reference does not replace those package details. Keep the applicable period basis with the accepted flake specification so that recipe, analytical and storage requirements cover one agreed preparation.
