Start with the Ingredient You Need

A product link is a useful starting point. Tell us where the ingredient enters your food and the result you need. We can then discuss the preparation, technical targets and receiving pack with you.

Your Ingredient, Packed Under Your Brand

For a retail project, send the ingredient, proposed container, intended net content, logo or artwork status, quantity and market. RELIA can assist with producing customer-branded packaging or accept packaging you supply.

We assess the format against the product and order. MOQ and timing are quoted according to the ingredient, packaging specification, printing method and quantity.

Connect the Material to Its Production Route

RELIA prepares purchased dried chilies through cleaning, foreign-matter removal and agreed stem preparation. Milling or cutting produces the selected form; sieving is used where relevant, followed by packing.

Routine moisture and particle checks are carried out in-house. ASTA colour, SHU heat and microbiological analyses are commissioned through laboratories. In-house steam microbial reduction is available according to order requirements.
